Last updated:
These terms cover venue visits, reservations, dining, mixology, offline poker sessions, poker tables, poker lounge access, poker tournaments, card poker room activity, and relevant direct communications with our team. Sableandlinenn is a physical Australian hospitality venue. Our website and venue services do not provide online poker or online gambling services.
01 · venue agreement
Agreement and venue access
1.1 Acceptance through use
You accept these terms when you visit the physical Sableandlinenn venue, request or make a reservation, attend a dining or poker experience, communicate with the reservations team, or otherwise use venue services. This acceptance is limited to your use of our hospitality setting and direct venue communications. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the relevant service or attend the venue on that basis.
1.2 Venue access and reasonable directions
Access to Sableandlinenn Lounge & Poker Room is subject to available capacity, service conditions, safety needs, and reasonable directions from our team. To maintain a calm, respectful lounge environment, we may manage seating, timing, entry, or participation in a venue experience. These practical directions support shared comfort and orderly service at the physical venue; they are not intended to create restrictions beyond what is reasonably needed in the circumstances.
02 · planning your visit
Reservations, arrivals and seating
A considered arrival helps us coordinate dining, poker tables and lounge service with the attention each physical venue experience requires.
table requests
Reservation requests
Poker table and dining reservation requests are subject to venue confirmation and availability. A request is not confirmed until Sableandlinenn communicates confirmation to you. Requests help us understand your preferred poker lounge, dining, poker table, or private venue arrangement, but they do not guarantee participation, a particular table, or a particular experience. We will consider confirmed arrangements alongside the practical capacity and service conditions of the venue.
arrival flow
Arrival and seating flow
Please arrive according to your confirmed arrangements. Seating, table allocation, and service timing may be adjusted for operational flow, available capacity, and live dealer-led poker action at our live felt poker tables. Where available and suitable, the team may offer a reasonable alternative time or seating arrangement. This is hospitality coordination for a shared lounge environment, rather than a promise that an alternative will always be available.
keep us informed
Changes, cancellations and group communication
If your plans change, please notify the reservations team promptly, particularly for a group, poker tournament place, poker table, private dining arrangement, or special service request. Timely notice helps us release or reallocate limited physical seating with care. You can contact us at [email protected] so we can note the change and respond according to current venue availability.
03 · live felt tables
Offline poker lounge conditions
Our poker experience is venue-based, shared and guided by the people at the table. These conditions explain the practical standards that help preserve a composed card-room environment.
3.1 Table directions and fair play
Guests must follow reasonable dealer and team directions, table-specific procedures, and conduct standards intended to preserve orderly poker action and a respectful shared experience. Please communicate respectfully, keep play moving at a considerate pace, and take care of shared table equipment. These expectations apply across poker tables and are designed to help dealers and guests enjoy a clear, comfortable poker lounge environment without introducing detailed game rules or penalty structures.
3.3 Participation and removal from play
Sableandlinenn may pause, refuse, or end a person’s participation in poker activity where reasonably necessary for safety, respectful conduct, operational integrity, or compliance with venue directions. Depending on the situation, this may include asking a guest to leave a poker table or the poker lounge. We will approach such decisions as practical venue management within a physical shared space, with the aim of maintaining a calm and considerate experience for guests, dealers, and team members.
04 · hospitality service
Dining, mixology and venue service
4.1
culinary service
Menus and service availability
Pan-Asian gastronomy, mixology, menu items, service times, seating, and venue offerings may vary with seasonal supply, operational needs, and availability. Sableandlinenn may make reasonable substitutions or changes where needed to support consistent service and the quality of the physical venue experience. Information shared before or during a visit should be read in that practical context; it does not guarantee that every offering will be available at every time.
4.2
shared spaces
Care for the room, and for the people sharing it.
Respect for shared spaces
Guests should treat dining settings, poker tables, the poker lounge, staff, dealers, and other guests with care and respect while enjoying food, cocktails, and poker action. Dining and card-room atmospheres sit alongside one another at Sableandlinenn, but participation in one does not require participation in the other. We ask each visitor to use the shared physical venue in a way that supports considered service and the comfort of those nearby.
4.3
venue flow
Service adjustments
Sableandlinenn may reasonably alter seating, service sequence, access to an area, or an offered experience when needed to support safety, capacity, maintenance, private events, or the smooth running of the venue. Where practical, our team will aim to communicate material changes. An adjustment does not create a promise of a specific alternative experience; it allows the physical Sableandlinenn venue to respond thoughtfully to live operational needs.
05 · personal considerations
Personal property, content and privacy
personal belongings
Personal belongings
Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings while visiting the physical venue and should take reasonable care of items brought into dining, lounge, and poker areas. If you believe an item has been misplaced, please notify the Sableandlinenn Lounge & Poker Room team promptly so the matter can be considered in the context of the venue. This clause does not make a promise about lost-property handling, security arrangements, or reimbursement.
shared-space respect
Photography and respectful recording
Photography or recording should not unreasonably disrupt other guests, dealers, dining service, poker action, or the privacy of people using the poker lounge and card poker room. Please take particular care around live felt poker tables and shared dining settings. If recording affects the comfort or practical use of a shared area, the team may reasonably ask you to stop or adjust it. We do not claim ownership of guest content or ask for a blanket image release through these terms.
direct communications
Privacy and communications
Personal information handled through reservations or direct venue communications is addressed in our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy alongside these terms when you contact us or make a reservation request. Questions about a reservation communication can also be directed to [email protected]; this clause is limited to explaining the relationship between these terms and our privacy information.
06 · availability and updates
Liability, changes and availability
Venue services are shaped by the realities of a live hospitality setting. The clauses below explain how availability and reasonable changes are handled.
6.1 Service availability
Venue services, including dining, mixology, poker tables, poker lounge access, poker action, and poker tournaments, are subject to availability and may be changed, paused, or withdrawn where reasonably necessary. Operational needs, safety, maintenance, capacity, and event requirements may affect what is offered at a particular time. Sableandlinenn does not guarantee uninterrupted access to a service, a particular poker table, a poker tournament, or a particular venue arrangement.
6.2 Reasonable responsibility limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sableandlinenn is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of venue services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. This clause should be read as a measured explanation of responsibility in a physical hospitality context, rather than as an attempt to remove protections that apply to visitors under applicable law.
6.3 Updates to these terms
Sableandlinenn may revise these terms from time to time. The current version will be made available on the Sableandlinenn website with its last-updated date. Please review the terms before using new or continuing venue services, including a dining visit, poker lounge attendance, poker table request, or poker tournament participation. For this version, the published date is shown below.
